The Avenue of Stars along the Victoria Harbor Waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui (Yau Tsim Mong district) is modeled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

When it was opened to the general public, on 28 April 2004, the promenade honoured an initial 73 celebrities of the Hong Kong movie industry elected by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association and the readers of City Entertainment.

The promenade is the node of several other tourist attractions along the waterfront. In addition to the promenade a number of attractions exist, including the New World Centre, the Clock Tower, the Space Museum, the Cultural Centre and the the Museum of Art.

The avenue commands a stunning panoramic view across Victoria Harbour. At night it is a popular viewing place for the Symphony of Lights display.
